I am going to keep this picture for when I have children.
When my daughters want to take dance class like everyone else, I’m going to let them. And, when people come back to me and ask me why I would let them do it, because they’ll just have to stop if they chose to wear hijab, I am going to show them this photo.
Ballet is not sexy. It’s poised and graceful, just like I want my daughters (or sons) to be.
They may never dance for a living if they chose hijab, but they can never say they didn’t have the choice to be an amateur ballerina.

If you love something for the sake of Allah, it will be blessed. If you love something for the sake of your nafs, it will never satisfy you. Knowing that your nafs will leave you in disappointment, love for the sake of Allah. Do yourself right, you deserve to love and be loved for all the right reasons. That will only happen if you include Allah (Swt) in your plans.
